Do you charge to build the app?
No upfront app build fee. The work is part of the shared-upside venture model.
How does the shared-upside model work?
We participate in proportion to the work and value we actually contribute at each stage. Specific terms are defined during partnership structuring, after the prototype.
Do I need a product already built?
No. You can start from zero on the product side. What matters is a credible market problem and a realistic path to customers.
What kinds of founders are the best fit?
Operators and domain experts with a real market problem, access to customers or referral channels, and commitment to validate, sell, and iterate.
What is included after launch?
Ongoing revenue execution, financial reporting, controls, and growth decisions through early revenue.
Is your share permanent?
No. The relationship is structured around contribution and designed to align as the venture matures.
